The Gaulden Group was built to provide a more focused and accountable approach to commercial real estate representation across Chesterfield County and the Greater Richmond region. I operate through Real Broker, LLC, with an emphasis on direct involvement, disciplined strategy, and execution quality.
I was born and raised in Midlothian, Virginia, within Chesterfield County, and have seen firsthand how local development, business growth, and changing market conditions shape commercial real estate opportunities across the region. That local perspective is a core part of how I approach every assignment.
Early on, I recognized a consistent issue in the commercial brokerage space — many property owners were not receiving the level of attention, communication, and execution their assets required. Transactions were often treated as volume-driven rather than strategy-driven, which led to missed opportunities in pricing, positioning, and negotiation.
That experience led to the creation of The Gaulden Group.
My approach is intentionally different.
Every assignment is handled with direct involvement and a clearly defined execution strategy. From initial valuation through closing, decisions are guided by market conditions, asset positioning, and buyer demand — not volume or internal quotas.
